Leading Leadership Learning & the Banglalink Brand Values and Logo Revamp
Building leadership capability while bringing Banglalink’s refreshed values and brand to life across the organisation.

The Context
Leadership learning and the Banglalink brand and values revamp offered opportunities to create more accessible digital learning experiences, including work connected to the VEON Leadership Manifesto.
The Challenge
Translate leadership and organisational values into engaging, scalable learning content without losing the human context, connecting the group’s digital vision with customer centricity as a local, caring brand value portrayed across the organisation.
My Role
I streamlined leadership training and translated the VEON group EVP, “Better Life for All”, across the organisation. I also designed leadership competencies and training programmes with global partners including INSEAD, NTU and Huawei, formulating curated development programmes for early talent and senior executive leadership team members.
The Approach
- Led and developed AI-enabled digital learning content using tools such as HeyGen, Jimeng and Articulate to create more engaging, scenario-based learning experiences.
- Led change management to cascade leadership values across Banglalink around the employee value proposition and logo revamp.
What Changed
Employees moved beyond awareness of the values and leadership principles toward applying them more consistently in day-to-day behaviours and decisions. Connecting business cases as examples helped people visualise the impact more effectively.
What I Learned
Change is continuous. Sustainable transformation depends on aligning business goals, leadership behaviours and everyday actions in a way that employees can recognise and practise.
Key Insights
- Use AI to make learning scenarios tangible.
- 170 leaders developed through executive leadership and people-management programmes.
- Banglalink’s brand revamp was carried through both externally and internally.

Leadership learning, brought to life.
In brief. Marketing and technology face a launch deadline. Blame and avoidance deepen the disagreement. The team refocuses on a shared customer goal and agrees to release essential features first, with advanced features in a later update.
